About the role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based services across multiple settings, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. This is a mobile role, offering flexibility to work from home or from local hubs when not seeing clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with a range of disabilities
Supporting clients within the NDIS to maximise function, capacity, and social engagement
Assisting with assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applications (where relevant)
Completing timely documentation and report writing
Managing a diverse and engaging caseload
Meeting professional and organisational expectations, including billables and client management
Attending supervision, meetings, and professional development sessions
Building strong relationships with clients, families, therapists, and referral partners
Working across modern software platforms and digital tools
