Delivery Driver

We are leading dental prosthetics laboratory in Adelaide servicing dentist throughout Australia. We support clinician in delivering quality restorative services and improving the patient experience by developing, designing and manufacturing leading dental devices.

We working closely with clients through case planning and management. We provide a full suites of services, including permeant and removable restorations.

We seeking skilled and dedicated delivery driver to join our team.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely pick-up and delivery of dental cases, products, and materials between the dental laboratory and dental clinics, offices, or suppliers. Acts as a key liaison representing the lab professionally to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver dental prosthetics, appliances, impressions, models, and other dental products.

• Ensure all deliveries are properly packaged and labeled to prevent damage or mix-ups.

• Verify delivery and pick-up contents for accuracy.

• Maintain delivery logs and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery or collection.

• Communicate with the laboratory team regarding any delays, issues, or special client requests.

• Handle all items with care, maintaining proper hygiene and packaging standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.

• Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies.

• Notify lab manager of any delivery-related problems or client concerns.

• Assist with minor lab duties when not on delivery, if required (e.g., organizing cases, basic cleaning).

• To perform other reasonable duties within the skills, training, and competency as directed by management to support the efficient operation of the dental laboratory.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Good knowledge of local routes and areas.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Professional and courteous demeanor.

• Ability to lift and carry packages (typically under 10kg).

• Basic understanding of dental terminology is an advantage.

• Previous experience in a healthcare or dental setting is preferred but not required.
