Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse manager for a full-time position, who plays a key role in supporting both warehouse operations and showroom presentation, ensuring customers and internal teams receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently dispatch and receive all inbound and outbound goods.

Clean, package, sort, store, and organise materials in accordance with company standards.

Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised warehouse environment at all times.

Ensure 100% accuracy across all inventory transactions and stock levels.

Conduct regular stocktakes and complete stock level adjustments.

Monitor and manage stock levels, providing inventory updates to the office administration and sales teams.

Manage and safeguard all inbound product samples, ensuring accurate handling and storage.

Complete any additional duties assigned by the Director or management within required timeframes.

Key Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Current forklift licence.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational capability.

Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7.30am-3.30pm on a full-time basis.
