Food Safety Operations (QLD) Pty Limited trading as FS Alliance is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO code 30814) established as an RTO in 2002 – operating predominately in Queensland, with training throughout the state, interstate and at times internationally.

FS Alliance is focused on delivering quality training outcomes to the Meat and, Food Processing and Laboratory industries, Abattoirs and Retail Butcher Shops, including a wide range of customised training services for on and off-site delivery.

Location

Substantially located in Oakey QLD 4401 Darling Downs site but also other sites including Warwick and out as far as Charleville, with willingness and available to travel to other sites in Queensland or Interstate

About the Role

We are seeking a Trainer and Assessor within the Meat Processing Industry who has had RTO experience for food services or abattoir sector disciplines to join our FS Alliance team on a Full Time Basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of highly practical, client focused training to our key clients across all of Queensland.

We are keen to meet with candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements

• TAE 40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain or currently in the process of obtaining)

• Current driver's license

• Qualification(s) in Meat Processing (Abattoirs and Food Services and perhaps Meat Retail)

• Current Blue Card or the ability to obtain

• Experience in meat retail/wholesale operations or abattoir sector disciplines

• Ability to travel.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Proven work experience in facilitating workplace training and/or RTO training applications

• A minimum of 12 months training and assessing experience

• Creating, building, and maintaining strong relationships at all levels.

• Exceptional leadership, project management and organisational skills.

• Problem solving and influencing project outcomes.

• Adapting to diverse environments and managing multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• The ability to develop and maintain workplace relationships.

• The ability to work in diverse workplace environments.

We currently have an opportunity to consider an individual or individuals who meet criteria and are willing to undertake training to obtaining the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Salary range $75,000- $85,000 per annum plus superannuation
