Procedures Analyst

Placed.au is looking for a full-time Procedures Analyst for our client in Melbourne, Victoria. This role is pivotal in enhancing internal operations and contributing to innovative services by analysing current systems, identifying organisational gaps, improving procedures and workflows, and supporting continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and encourage the development of objectives, strategies, and plans aimed at achieving optimal customer experience and satisfaction while effectively using organisational resources and capabilities.

• Identify business and organisational gaps and opportunities through the application of continuous improvement and change methodologies.

• Analyse and evaluate current systems, capabilities, and structures to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Advise on recommendations based on the analysis of current-state gaps and provide solutions to organisational problems.

• Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions, and support organisational innovation and improvements.

• Assist in implementing approved recommendations, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adaptation within the team.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to build specific capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications / Attributes

• The ideal candidate will bring a level of skill commensurate with a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification, with at least five (5) years of relevant experience potentially substituting for the formal qualification.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify organisational gaps and develop practical solutions.

• Demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement and change methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to analyse systems, procedures, workflows, and organisational structures.

• Ability to develop recommendations and support the implementation of organisational improvements.

• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.

Salary Range

$75,000 – $85,000 per annum excluding superannuation.
