Farm Labourer

We require 100 workers for fruit and vegetable planting, harvesting and packaging work in the Griffith region, NSW.

Work will commence in Jan 2027 and be ongoing for 4 years.

Successful candidates will be offered employment on a full-time basis and paid under the Horticultural Award 2020 at level 1 $25.74 per hour.

Workers must have the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and be available for early morning starts up-to 6-7 days a week if required. Regular weekend work may also be required including on Sundays.

Applicants must be hardworking and physically fit, as they will be required to perform tasks involving bending and lifting.

Workers must be able to pass a medical/drug test.

Successful applicants may have the potential to upskill into higher roles.

Candiates MUST have working rights in Australia.
