Information Management Coordinator

Hakka Pty Ltd, a Market Leader in the Asian Food category, is seeking an experienced Information Management Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations through effective management and analysis of operational, inventory and ERP information.

The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse and Quality Assurance teams to maintain information accuracy, support production continuity, strengthen inventory control and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

-Analyse ERP inventory information and production requirements to identify material availability, allocation requirements and potential risks against production schedules.

-Monitor and analyse production, WIP and inventory information to identify discrepancies, ageing stock, excess inventory and issues that may affect production continuity.

-Coordinate operational information across Production, Planning, Warehouse and Quality Assurance teams to support material readiness and production priorities.

-Review inventory transactions, investigate stock variances and information discrepancies, and support appropriate corrective actions.

-Maintain accurate inventory, traceability and operational information in ERP systems and ensure compliance with relevant inventory control requirements.

-Develop and maintain inventory control reports and monitoring tools, and report identified trends, discrepancies and improvement opportunities to management.

-Review operational workflows, procedures and control measures to identify process gaps, operational risks and opportunities to improve efficiency.

-Support audit and compliance activities by maintaining accurate records, verifying documentation and assisting with operational reviews.

-Recommend practical improvements to inventory control, information accuracy, traceability and related operational processes.

Skills and Experience

-Experience in manufacturing, production support, inventory control, warehousing or operational coordination.

-Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management processes.

-Experience analysing operational and inventory data.

-Understanding of inventory control, FIFO and batch traceability principles.

-Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.

-High attention to detail and information accuracy.

-Experience with reporting, process improvement or audit support will be highly regarded.

Salary on offer $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 plus superannuation
