Marketing Specialist

VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our client’s business Western General Bodyworks Pty Ltd in Maribyrnong. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team, with strong communication skills.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing clients. The role is essential to drive growth in a competitive market through digital and traditional marketing channels.

The role will have the following responsibilities:

- Design and implement innovative marketing initiatives to drive product visibility and align with sales goals.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling promotional campaigns tailored to specific audience segments.

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing activities, including content creation, digital strategy, and media coordination, ensuring projects meet budget and timeline requirements.

- Monitor market activity and consumer engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

- Identify shifts in consumer behaviour and marketplace dynamics to proactively adjust marketing approaches.

- Explore new markets by gathering and interpreting demographic, economic, and competitor insights.

- Develop strategic marketing plans that contribute to brand growth, lead generation, and business expansion.

- Plan and supervise research efforts to discover emerging customer needs and evaluate product-market fit.

- Provide expert advice on optimizing marketing elements, including product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional tactics, and channel distribution.

Skills required:

- Qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and campaign management.

- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling content.

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team.

- Strong organisational and project management skills.

Hours of work: This is a full-time role where the employee will be expected to work at least 38 hours per week. The shifts required to be worked may vary from time to time.

Remuneration: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 + Superannuation
