Childcare Room Leader - Early Childhood Educator

We are looking new Room leaders to come and work within our Centres.

Room Leader: We are looking for a caring and organised ECT or Diploma qualified Room leader.

Successful applicants will be required to implement our policies and procedures, attend training opportunities, manage a team, interact and care for children with respect, develop and implement daily programs, record observations and work in collaboration with the children's families, and have the intention to remain in our company in an early childhood role.

Interested applicants must be able to:

* love and care for tiny humans - with respect and passion,

* be baby whisperers, be able to know young children as individuals, respecting their unique routines, and supporting them with all aspects of their daily care.

* educate their growing minds - develop and implement educational activities at a moments notice, or a child's interest ‘right now’,

write about children interesting and intelligently,

* let children's families know how awesome their children are, frequently

* support families to adjust to having you, and your team care for their most precious creations.

You must be a positive person with:

* a recognised Australian qualification in Early Childhood Education at the Bachelor or Graduate Diploma level, or a Diploma in Early Education and Care,

* excellent English language skills,

* Australian citizenship (or Visa eligibility),

* a Working With Vulnerable People Check and,

* a desire to work and thrive in a team.

We offer above ratio staffing, excellent above Award conditions and are a flexible and motivated workplace run by a small Canberra owned and operated family company.

We pay above award, with a salary of $80,838 per year.
