Truck Drivers

Bishops Transport is currently looking to recruit experienced and qualified Truck Drivers to join their team in Broome, Carnarvon, Derby, Karratha, Kununurra, Port Hedland WA and Darwin NT.

Successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:

- Loading and unloading vehicles using lifting and tipping devices

- Observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles

- Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely

- Estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe distribution of weight

- Ensuring goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage

- Verifying loading documents, checking condition of goods and obtaining certification of deliveries

Skills and Abilities:

- Ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified Truck Driver

- An AQF Certificate II or III in Truck Driving or relevant experience

- Ability to work in a team environment

Salary range is $60,000 - $80,000pa commensurate with experience.

Fulltime Positions available.
