Boilermakers and Welders

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for full-time Boilermakers and Welders for our Bibra Lake workshop. As a Boilermaker at Perna Group, your tasks include, but are not limited to:

* Ensuring all fabrication and welding activities are carried out to a high standard, and all measures are taken to produce a high-quality product.

* Reading drawings, manuals, or specifications to determine work methods and the sequence of activities.

* Being accurate, methodical, and practical when welding, fabricating, and installing steel structures.

* Following all safety procedures, using proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring welding equipment is well-maintained.

Key criteria for success in this role:

* Trade qualifications related to the role are advantageous.

* At least 3 years of experience in structural steel fabrication is highly regarded.

* A strong ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and blueprints.

* Good knowledge of modern fabrication techniques.

* A strong commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Ability to work in a team environment and perform well under pressure.

Salary: $80k to $90k per annum
