Robotic Welder Programmer/Operator

Frontline Manufacturing Pty Ltd is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Robotic Welder Programmer/Operator to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Calibrate the new robotic welding cell;

develop, test and optimise robotic welding programs;

develop robotic welding programs to transition manually welded assemblies to robotic production;

design and build the welding jigs and fixtures required for robotic operation;

establish weld parameters, sequences and quality-control routines for each component;

operate the robotic cell and resolve technical issues as they arise; and

clean up welds on program completion

conduct welding inspections as directed throughout factory

operate TIG and MIG manual welders as directed

Requirements:

Qualified welder/boilermaker (cert 3 or equivalent)

3 years min robotic welding experience, programming and operating
