Maison Saint Honore Our French Café Maison Saint-Honoré, based in Caversham, is currently looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring the successful candidate to live and work in the Perth region. Benefits A dynamic and supportive team environment The opportunity to work in a unique venue Competitive salary based on experience Career growth opportunities within the hospitality industry Task & responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Cafe Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback Develop and implement operational procedures Recruit, train and manage Cafe staff Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses and analyse financial reports Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering Collaborate with the kitchen team to design menus Qualification & experience At least three (3) years of professional experience as a Café/Restaurant Manager Proven managerial role within the hospitality industry (preferably in a French Café/Restaurant) A relevant qualification would be highly regarded Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Interest in French culture & food Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in French and English would be highly regarded Computer skills Social media interest (Instagram, Facebook) Experience in organising small events About Company At Maison Saint-Honoré, our mission is to bring the authentic taste of France to Perth.
