About the Client:
Our client specialises in a wide range of evidence-based mental health therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Focused Psychological Strategies (FPS), and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
While there is no specific age requirement for seeking psychological services, early assessment and intervention typically lead to better outcomes. Their psychologists are experienced in working with individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on children. They collaborate closely with both you and your family to address any challenges and provide the necessary support to enhance your child’s well-being.
We specialsed in:
Social, behavioural, and learning difficulties
Autism
Anxiety, fear, and depression
Sleep issues
Anger management
Eating disorders
Grief and loss
Family and relationship problems
Assisting children in coping with divorce and separation
About You:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in the field
AHPRA registration
Strong ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Well-developed clinical reasoning skills
In-depth knowledge of best practice approaches relevant to clinical service areas
Experience in psychological assessments is highly desirable
Knowledge of NDIS services preferred
Working with Children and Police Check required
Full vaccination status in accordance with health regulations
