Your new role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of beverage equipment across customer sites. Working autonomously in the field, you will diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and software-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also complete preventative maintenance, maintain accurate service records, manage service inventory, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. Equipment serviced may include vending machines, beverage dispensers, coffee machines, coolers, and frozen beverage equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Experience in a field service, maintenance, mechanic, electrical, refrigeration, or similar technical role
Electrical or Refrigeration Trade Qualification highly regarded but not essential
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
Flexibility to participate in an on-call roster when required
