About the role:

Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join their expanding team. Working with a diverse caseload across paediatric and adult clients, you will play an integral role in helping individuals develop their communication skills and improve their quality of life. Key responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.

Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.

Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each client's goals.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required.

Educate and support families and carers throughout the therapy journey.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders to provide coordinated care.

Build strong therapeutic relationships while empowering clients to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.

Current Certified Practising Membership (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
