- Home Help/Domestic Assistance

- Social Support/Shopping

-Respite

-Medication Competency

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Education and Experience:

• A well-developed knowledge of the needs of people who are aged or have disabilities

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged/Community Services) or equivalent plus experience in this field

• The ability to undertake all the tasks listed under the Role Summary above

Special Job-related Requirements (please do not apply if you don't have a valid Driver's License or don't live in Perth)

Current "C" Class drivers license – essential.

Have own Car - essential

Fully Vaccinated against COVID19 - desirable

Current National Police clearance – essential

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent - essential
