Payroll And Invoicing Officer

Your primary objective is to support end to end payroll functions and invoicing activities for the Peoplebank and Leaders brands within the Payroll Unit of the CCS Team. The role requires accuracy, timeliness, strong organisation, and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality payroll and invoicing services.Payroll Processing weekly end to end payroll for contractors and employees across the Peoplebank and Leaders brands using FastTrack360.Review and process timesheets, leave, payroll variations, deductions, and other pa related transactions within required payroll deadlines.Complete payroll adjustments, terminations, final payments, and superannuation uploads accurately and within required timeframes.Maintain accurate payroll records and data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Invoicing Administration duties ,Prepare compliance reporting and maintain supporting records in line with legislative, audit, and internal requirements.Ensure payroll and invoicing activities are completed in accordance with company policies, service standards, and relevant obligations,Respond to payroll and invoicing queries from internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.Support knowledge sharing, cross-training, and effective team collaboration within the Payroll Unit and broader CCS Team.

Mon to Fri staring approx 9am to 5pm ,however, employer will reconfirm $32prh ,Negotiable depends on exp.
