Cleaner or Team Leader

We’re currently partnering with a small family-owned Sunshine Coast cleaning business experiencing growth and looking to expand their team.

This could suit you if you:

* Have cleaning experience and looking for a consistent and supportive environment, or

* Are looking for your next step, build your leadership skills and grow within a local business.

Full training is provided. What matters most is your attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to exceptionnal customer service.

In this role, you will:

* Work in a team of 2, across residential, NDIS and holiday homes

* Maintain high standards across all cleans

* Build strong relationships with clients

What’s on Offer

* $35-$40/hour depending on experience

* Working hours between 8am - 3.30pm

*Consistent, ongoing work

* All equipment and uniform provided (small weekly fee applies)

* Clear progression into senior roles

About You

* Cleaning experience (NDIS, residential, or similar) preferred

* Strong attention to detail

* Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team

* Confident in a customer-facing environment

* ABN (or willing to obtain one )

* Driver’s licence and reliable transport
