Light Vehicle Technician

Barry Bourke Motors Pty Ltd are seeking a qualified and experienced Light Vehicle Technician to join their friendly and professional team at their service department in Nunawading VIC.

Candidates should have the following attributes:

- Excellent diagnostic skills

- Experience working on different makes and models of vehicles,

- Extensive experience in repairs and maintenance in line with the manufacturer and Dealership requirements

- The ability to work to schedules and meeting deadlines.

- Strong diagnostic capabilities

- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade

- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubrication, parts etc)

- Excellent problem-solving skills, diagnosing, servicing and repairing

- Reliable and punctual

- Good customer service and communication skills

- Able to work independently and within a team

- Have attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship

Skills & Abilities:

- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified Light Vehicle Technician or equivalent

- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or relevant

- Ability to work in a team environment

Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with skills and experience
