Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

- Processing and handling fresh salmon, trout and roe.

- Inspecting and grading fish and roe for quality and size.

- Weighing, packing and labelling seafood and caviar products.

- Preparing products for chilling, freezing, storage and dispatch.

- Operating fish-processing and packaging equipment.

- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and temperature-control standards.

- Cleaning and sanitising equipment and production areas.
