Office Assistant

Unique Opportunity: This engagement will start as a temporary position with a strong view to transition into a permanent role! Looking for a varied, hands-on admin role with a supportive team. My client is growing and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join their team.

If you have a background in the building/construction industry and love a role where no two days are the same, this is for you. Daily tasks:

First Point of Contact: Delivering an exceptional experience for clients, visitors, and suppliers across phone, email, and in person.

Operations & Scheduling: Coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and supporting project timelines.

Estimating Support: Assisting with the preparation and administration of project quotations.

Fleet Management: Coordinating vehicle servicing, registrations, and compliance tracking.

Safety & Compliance: Assisting with WHS documentation and processes (using SiteDocs-training provided!).

Key Experience:

2+ years in an administrative or operations role.

ideally some experience in the building/construction industry (not essential).

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong, confident communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office and an aptitude for picking up new software quickly.

Familiarity with WHS principles (highly regarded).
