Talent Acquisition Support Officer

Full time temp $42.49 p/h plus super

Eight Mile Plains

Immediate start through to October

Hybrid work arrangement on offer (qualifying period will apply)

Monday to Friday

This varied role will see you performing several diverse, but significant, tasks that support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members to provide an engaging employee experience while also ensuring the highest quality data integrity and compliance.

The role includes:

Ensuring all onboarding documentation and contract details are accurate and actioning these through follow up calls and email and high volume data entry and compliance checking

Responding to requests for support from new staff and line managers as part of the onboarding process.

While this role is primarily focused on the selection process, you may be asked to assist with other recruitment tasks based on capacity and business needs, along with supporting the presentation of their induction program.
