Service Desk Manager with MSP experience Your new company

A growing Managed Service Provider based near the Sydney CBD is looking for a Service Desk Manager to join on a permanent basis, commencing ASAP. The company offers a collaborative, supportive environment with exposure to leading technologies and genuine career development opportunities.

Your new role

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be:

Leading service desk escalations while mentoring and developing junior engineers.

Providing hands-on technical support across servers, networks and hardware.

Supporting the delivery of infrastructure projects for a varied client base.

Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs while maintaining a calm, professional customer experience.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a hands-on Service Desk Manager or Team Leader within an MSP environment.

Confidence leading escalations, supporting engineers and staying technically involved day to day.

Strong experience across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Windows server and desktop environments.

Ability to support networking, firewalls, connectivity, VoIP and hosted PBX solutions.

Experience configuring and deploying hardware, software, cybersecurity tools and communication systems.

Comfort working directly with clients, including occasional onsite support when required.
