Facilities Coordinator

Behind the scenes of our vibrant resort is a complex network of modern plant, equipment, and building technologies-all kept running seamlessly by our exceptional Facilities & Engineering team. We're seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator - Shift Supervisor to join the facilities & maintenance operations for a 6 months engagement. Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will lead from the front-managing team schedules, prioritising maintenance requests, overseeing Building Automation Systems (BAS), and ensuring high standards of safety, financial efficiency, and guest satisfaction in this 24/7 environment. Joining an established team, your shift will involve planning, scheduling, and mentoring team members to meet daily resort needs while fostering a supportive service culture all while monitoring team budgets, producing basic performance reports, and ensuring strict alignment with current OSH standards. Ideally you will have 5+years experience in a similar role, a background in 24/7 operations with an in-house labour force is a distinct advantage - leisure, hospital & mining. Knowledge of CMMS tools (BEIMS) is desired as well as resources scheduling & MS Office. A trade qualification or diploma in Operational Management is desirable, but not essential.
