Based in Western Australia, our business delivers mechanical maintenance, fabrication and engineering, electrical and instrumentation, and precision maintenance services across shutdown, sustaining maintenance and industrial project environments.

Our capabilities extend from plant and equipment maintenance, conveyor and crusher works and structural mechanical repairs through to fabrication, electrical services, instrumentation and specialist precision maintenance. As MYAC Resources continues to expand its project capability and operational footprint, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of the administrative systems, office resources and internal coordination that support our management and operational teams.

This is an important position within a growing industrial services business and will work closely with the company's directors, management team, maintenance personnel, project staff and corporate support functions. The Role Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Manager will be responsible for organising and controlling the day-to-day administrative functions and resources of the MYAC Resources office. The position will ensure that our internal administrative systems, office processes, records, personnel coordination and support functions operate efficiently and consistently as the business grows.

Working within a fast-moving mining maintenance environment, you will provide the administrative structure that enables our operational teams to focus on safe and effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Planning, reviewing and improving office services, administrative processes and internal office standards. Managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the MYAC Resources office.

Establishing administrative priorities and ensuring office requirements are completed accurately and within required timeframes. Coordinating and allocating office resources, equipment, facilities and administrative support requirements. Assigning administrative work and monitoring the performance and completion of office-based tasks.

Coordinating administrative personnel and providing guidance regarding company procedures, documentation and office standards. Maintaining company records, registers, correspondence, filing systems and administrative documentation. Coordinating office accounts information, purchase documentation, invoices and records in conjunction with the company's finance function.

Liaising with directors, managers, professional advisers, suppliers, contractors and employees to facilitate the efficient operation of the business. Managing office equipment, supplies, facilities and service-provider requirements. Coordinating personnel administration including employee documentation, onboarding, payroll information, training records and related administrative requirements.

Maintaining appropriate administrative systems for project documentation, workforce records and company compliance requirements. Ensuring office processes comply with company policies, applicable legislation and work health and safety requirements. Coordinating meetings, management documentation, internal communications and administrative reporting.

Supporting management with the implementation of new office systems and procedures as MYAC Resources expands. Maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of commercial, personnel and company information. About You We are looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability and strong administration to a growing operational business.

You will ideally have: An AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration or a related discipline; or substantial relevant office-management experience. Previous experience in an Office Manager, Administration Manager or similar senior administrative position. Demonstrated experience coordinating office systems, personnel and administrative resources.

Experience establishing and maintaining business procedures, records and administrative controls. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience coordinating employee documentation, onboarding, payroll information and personnel administration.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate business records. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and business administration systems.

A practical understanding of workplace health and safety, confidentiality and organisational compliance. The confidence to communicate effectively with directors, management, technical personnel, suppliers and external stakeholders. Experience working within mining, maintenance, engineering, industrial services, construction or another operational environment will be highly regarded.
