Take It Ezy Meat Co. is currently seeking a QUALIFIED BUTCHER (Full time) in Murwillumbah NSW.
The successful candidate needs to undertake and possess:
• Cutting, grinding and preparing meats for sale
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
• Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
• Keeping records, budgets, and inventory.
• Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
Skills and experience
• Certificate III in Meat Processing or relevant
• Must have at least 3 years of experience
• Food safety
• Safety standards
• Slicers
• Inventory control
• Customer order
Salary range is $75, 000 - $85,000 per year
