Chef position at Parx Coffee House, located at 10/10A 23 Fairwater Drive, Harrington Park, NSW 2557.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of seasonal menu updates twice a year, as well as during special occasions, ensuring alignment with market trends and local customer preferences
- Maintain consistency in all dishes, including flavour, presentation, and preparation standards
- Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, high-performing team culture
- Provide hands-on support during peak service times, staff shortages, or unexpected situations
- Ensure strict compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards
- Collaborate closely with the Front of House Manager and Head Chef to ensure smooth daily operations
- $79,000 – $85,000 per year

Diploma + at least 1 year work experience
