Finance Manager

Arnhem Land Pest Control in Nhulunbuy NT is looking for an experienced Finance Manager for a permanent full-time position to join their team.

Main Duties

• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.

• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s financial including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.

• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.

• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.

• Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.

• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.

Essential Skills:

1. Supply management, tracking budget expenses, delegation, managing processes, developing standards, promoting process improvement, inventory control, reporting skills.

2. Attention to details and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies

3. Have good time management and leadership skills

4. Bookkeeping, and Bank Accounts Reconciliation

5. Ability to work with a team at all levels

6. Payroll Management

7. Ability to multi task and adapt quickly for new changes

A remuneration package between $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year plus superannuation will be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
