You will be responsible for:

? Mise in place and preparation before/during/after service.

? Prepare & cook a diverse range of dishes to the highest standards.

? Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in the kitchen.

? Maintain a clean & organized workspace.

? Assisting th3 team with planning the menu to meet seasonal availabilities and provide the high quality South American cuisine.

The right person for the job MUST

? Possess a Certificate III and Iv in Cookery or equivalent qualification.

? Have a genuine interest and demonstrated experience in South America cuisine and cooking techniques.

? Must be willing to continue growing, learning, and studying in South America techniques.

? Some knowledge of South America culinary techniques and ingredients.

? Minimum 1-year highly relevant work experience.

? Excellent time management skills.

? Ability to work unsupervised.
