Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator - Goulburn NSW

About the Role

Flexiforce is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join our client's busy operation in Goulburn, NSW.

This is a casual position offering full-time ongoing hours (38 hours per week) for the right candidate.

As a valued member of the warehouse team, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring stock is accurately managed, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect and process incoming stock and goods.

Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and warehouse scanning equipment.

Use RF scanners and voice-picking systems to manage inventory.

Store products in designated warehouse locations.

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory data.

Perform stock counts and inventory reconciliations as required.

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Report damaged stock, inventory discrepancies or safety concerns.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Experience with RF scanning and voice-picking systems.

A current Forklift Licence (LF) and proven operating experience.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A proactive attitude and reliable work ethic.

Commitment to workplace safety and company procedures.

Flexibility to adapt to changing operational requirements.
