Marketing Specialist

YUN Migration & Education is an Australian migration and education services business based on the Gold Coast.

We are looking for a Content & Growth Specialist to create engaging content, strengthen our digital presence and help generate genuine client enquiries.

We already have a substantial library of professional videos, case studies, educational content and digital assets, supported by an established content production team. You will not be starting from zero.

This role goes beyond simply posting on social media. We are looking for someone who understands content, audience behaviour and growth, and who can turn professional knowledge into clear, engaging content that attracts attention and drives action.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Review existing professional content and identify strong opportunities for social media

• Adapt and package content for different platforms and audiences

• Create compelling hooks, captions, titles, calls to action and supporting copy

• Manage and grow content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube

• Develop and maintain a practical content and publishing plan

• Identify new content opportunities based on trends, audience interests and performance

• Monitor results and continuously test different topics, formats and approaches

• Help convert social media engagement into genuine enquiries and client opportunities

• Track lead sources and identify which content and channels are generating meaningful results

• Work closely with our existing content and professional team to access videos, information and supporting materials

ABOUT YOU

We care more about demonstrated ability and results than formal qualifications.

You should have:

• Hands-on experience in social media, content marketing or digital marketing

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills

• Experience managing content across major social media platforms

• A good understanding of hooks, audience attention, calls to action and conversion

• The ability to turn complex or professional information into clear and engaging content

• A commercial mindset and an understanding of how content contributes to enquiries and business growth

• The ability to work independently, take ownership and follow through without constant supervision

Experience in professional services, education, legal services, consulting or other knowledge-based industries would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Experience with lead generation, paid social media, SEO, email marketing or performance marketing would also be an advantage.

Chinese language skills and an understanding of Chinese-speaking audiences would be highly regarded, but are not essential.

ENGAGEMENT

This is initially a 3-month contractor engagement with flexible working arrangements.

Remuneration will include an agreed base or project component together with performance-based remuneration linked to genuine business results.

The initial 3-month period is designed to allow both sides to assess fit, performance and long-term potential. Strong performance may lead to an ongoing collaboration.
