Experience Required: min 1 year in relevant role.

Grainery Lane is the one-of-a-kind saloon-style bar and distillery with an exclusive selection of drinks and a unique atmosphere.

Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:

preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies

planning menus and estimating food and labour costs

monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff

explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations

assisting with the training of staff
