About the role:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join a supportive and growing multidisciplinary team on a contractor basis.
This role is primarily clinic-based, with occasional community visits within the local area and limited telehealth services when required. Community appointments are generally located within a short distance of the clinic.
The successful clinician will work with a varied caseload, predominantly paediatric clients, while also having opportunities to support adolescents and adults depending on their interests and experience.
Key responsibilites:
Conduct comprehensive speech pathology assessments and interventions
Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans
Provide support for children, adolescents, and adults with communication and developmental needs
Collaborate with families, carers, educators, and other healthcare professionals
Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner
Participate in team discussions, supervision, and professional development activities
