AZUL Ventures PTY LTD Zulaybar Cafe is seeking experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our team in a range of front-of-house positions, including Baristas, Barista Supervisors, Waiters, & Waiter Supervisors. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about quality food and beverage service and delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience. Depending on skills, experience and the position offered, successful candidates will be involved in coffee and beverage preparation, food and table service, customer service and the day-to-day operation of the cafe.

Experienced candidates may also undertake shift supervision and support the coordination and development of other hospitality staff. The successful candidates will work closely with other members of our hospitality team to maintain consistent standards across food and beverage service, customer experience, cleanliness and daily cafe operations. Key duties: Prepare and serve coffee, tea and specialty beverages Operate and maintain coffee equipment Process customer orders and payments Maintain cleanliness of coffee preparation areas Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies Requirements: Certificate II/III or at least 1 year of relevant experience Strong customer service skills Barista Supervisor We are seeking a Barista Supervisor to oversee daily café operations, supervise staff and ensure consistently high service and beverage standards.

Key duties: Supervise and train baristas and café staff Prepare and serve coffee and beverages Assist with rostering and shift supervision Coordinate stock control and inventory management Handle customer enquiries and service issues Assist with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures Requirements: Cert II or relevant hospitality experience minimum 2 years Waiter (ANZSCO 431511) We are seeking an experienced Waiter to provide professional food and beverage service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key duties: Greet customers and take orders Serve food and beverages Set and clear tables Process payments through POS systems Maintain dining area cleanliness and presentation Requirements: Certificate II/III or at least 1 year of relevant experience Strong customer service and communication skills Waiter Supervisor We are seeking a Waiter Supervisor to coordinate front-of-house operations, supervise staff and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key duties: Supervise and train wait staff Coordinate daily service operations Assist with rostering and shift management Handle reservations and customer enquiries Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction Assist with cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation Requirements: Cert II or relevant hospitality experience minimum 2 years Chef (ANZSCO 351311) We are seeking an experienced Chef to plan, organise, prepare and cook high-quality food while maintaining consistent standards of quality, presentation, food safety and hygiene.

Key duties: Plan menus, estimate food and labour requirements, and order food supplies Prepare and cook a range of dishes in accordance with menu requirements Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation Discuss food preparation and service matters with management, kitchen and waiting staff Demonstrate cooking techniques and advise kitchen staff on appropriate cooking procedures Monitor stock levels and ensure food supplies are appropriately stored and maintained Explain and enforce food safety and hygiene requirements Select and train kitchen staff as required Requirements: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification Strong food preparation, cooking and organisational skills Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements Qualification & experience AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality or a relevant field, or equivalent qualification and/or relevant industry experience Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant or similar hospitality environment, with demonstrated skills relevant to barista, food and beverage service or front-of-house operations Barista candidates should have practical experience and be able to confidently operate commercial coffee equipment Waiter candidates should have experience taking orders, serving food and beverages and providing professional table and customer service Supervisory candidates should have relevant hospitality experience with the ability to coordinate staff, support daily operations and maintain consistent service standards Strong communication, customer service and teamwork skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a busy hospitality environment Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements Reliable and organised, with the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required About Company Zulaybar Cafe is a cafe and dining venue located in Broome, West...
