Support Worker in Sutherland

Location for the role is Miranda and Sutherland shire.

Successful candidate must have OWN CAR and live within 15min drive from the caring region for best time management optimisation.

As a Support Worker, you will be more than just a helping hand. You will be a trusted companion, advocate, and enabler of independence. Your work will directly improve the quality of life for the people you support, helping them achieve personal goals, participate in their community, and feel valued and respected.

Provide day to day assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks, always respecting individual preferences and dignity.

Support clients to engage in social, recreational, and community activities, whether that is attending a local art class, going for a walk, or visiting friends.

Assist with transport to appointments, shopping, or community events.
