The Role

We are looking for an experienced, trade-qualified Full-Time Carpenter to join our crew. You’ll be working hands-on across varied residential carpentry projects in Brisbane and surrounding areas, executing everything from structural timber framing to detailed internal fix-outs.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with eventual and optional Saturdays

Hours: 45 hours per week average (38 standard hours + regular scheduled overtime)

Location: Sites across Brisbane & South-East QLD

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

What We Offer

Base Salary: $80,000 – $83,000 per year (based on 38 ordinary hours/week, depending on experience)

Overtime Earnings: Regular scheduled overtime (7 hours/week) paid at penalty rates.

Full Benefits: 12% Superannuation, 17.5% Annual Leave Loading, paid annual leave, personal leave, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Timber framing, roof truss setup, sub-floors, and structural modifications

Installation of external cladding, doors, window frames, and lock-up components

Internal fix-outs including skirtings, architraves, jambs, and hardware

Working efficiently alongside our lead carpenters, apprentices, and site builders

Maintaining high quality standards and job site safety

Requirements

Qualification: Certificate III in Carpentry (or Australian equivalent)

Experience: Proven residential carpentry experience (framing through to fix)

Licences: Current Drivers Licence & White Card

Tools: Your own hand tools, cordless kit, and reliable transport

Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliable, precise, and a team player
