5 weeks of formal training, Monday to Thursday

Up to 8 weeks of additional mentoring, site tours and training while participants wait for their security license.

Participants start as casual while learning the role and then transition to permanent full time or part-time employment at a later date, will be offered within 6 months.

Interested in security work

Good customer service skills and can liaise with stakeholders in a professional manner

Good verbal and written communication skills

Well-presented

Able to pass a National Police and Fingerprint check

Have 100 points of valid identification documents (required to obtain a security licence)

Basic Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills

Basic digital literacy skills

Can sit or stand for long periods of time
