Office Manager Position for a well established company in the Nothern beaches Your new company An established Australian business in the Northern beaches ia seeking a proactive Office Manager to join their team. This is a diverse and hands-on role where no two days are the same, you will play a key role in supporting business operations, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Please note : you must be an Australian citizen or have PR to apply for this role . Your new role As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing high-level administrative support across multiple business functions. Your duties will include:
Diary, email and travel management for senior leadership
Preparing correspondence, reports and business documentation
Liaising with customers, suppliers and logistics providers
Processing customer orders and coordinating dispatch activities
Monitoring stock levels and raising purchase orders as required
Managing CRM records and maintaining accurate business data
Coordinating website updates, pricing changes and inventory information
Accounts payable and receivable administration using Xero
Payroll processing and general finance administration
Managing multiple inboxes, phone lines and general office operations
Providing administrative support across various business functions
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Senior Administration role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience using Xero and managing accounts payable/receivable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
Experience within a stock, logistics, warehousing or distribution environment will be highly regarded
Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
