The successful candidate will demonstrate strong culinary expertise, comprehensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and the ability to consistently produce high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the kitchen team, the Cook will contribute to efficient service delivery, maintain strict food safety & hygiene standards, support the restaurant’s ongoing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualification & experience Relevant Australian Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality. Minimum three years of Australian work experience in a similar role. Proven ability to manage food preparation, cooking and plating during busy service periods while maintaining quality standards.
