Telecommunication Linesworker – HFC Copper/Fibre Network Technician

Commtech Services Pty Ltd Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Telecommunication Linesworker to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication lines and associated equipment, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground telecommunication cables and related equipment.

Interpret and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Diagnose and rectify faults using specialised testing equipment. Work safely at heights and in confined spaces as required.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Requirements : At least 12 months demonstrated experience as a Telecommunication Linesworker.

Strong understanding of telecommunication systems, cabling, and safety standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Current driver’s licence (MR/HR licence advantageous).

White Card (Construction Induction) and Working at Heights certification preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. What We Offer: Competitive remuneration.
