Job Title: Logistics Administrator Location: Kenwick

Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our growing supply chain team. In this role, you will manage shipping schedules, process order documentation, and act as the primary liaison between carriers and our warehouse operations including admin/reception duties.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare documentation: customs paperwork and invoices.

Track shipments: Monitor inbound and outbound freight to ensure on-time delivery.

Resolve discrepancies: Address transit delays, damaged goods, and inventory errors quickly.

Vendor communication: Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal departments. Answer phones and acton emails

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1-3 years in logistics, warehousing, or administrative support.

Skills: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Hours: 8am - 4.30pm - with potential for overtime.
