We are seeking to employ experienced Auto Electrician to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for hardworking individuals who can meet company challenges and surpass client expectations.

Your duties will include installing and repairing electrical wiring, diagnosing problems with vehicle’s electrical systems, repairing damaged electrical parts, and maintaining electrical equipment across a variety of vehicles.

Duties of the Role may include but are not limited to:

Inspect vehicles to identify electrical and electronic faults

Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical specifications accurately

Install new electrical wiring systems and components in vehicles

Perform, electrical, and air conditioning repairs and maintenance in accordance with relevant technical specifications and standards

Fault find, and diagnose electrical and air conditioning problems accurately and thoroughly

Diagnose electrical issues and propose a course of action

Maintain, repair or replace faulty wiring, switches and other electrical components in vehicles to ensure optimal performance

Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex electrical issues with vehicles

Perform works safely and in an environmentally responsible manner

Use and maintain diagnostic equipment correctly and in accordance with manufacturer specifications

Complete documentation accurately, including job cards, service sheets, parts records, timesheets, or other information as required

Maintaining a clean working environment

To be successful, you will have the following:

Deliver high standards of work that consistently meet or exceed technical, and/or manufacturer specifications and standards

Extensive knowledge of modern vehicular electrical systems

Ability to operate electrical diagnostic equipment

Have a good eye for detail

Ability to work in confined spaces

Able to problem-solve complex electrical problems

Demonstrate a professional, courteous, and respectful behaviour at all times

Contribute to achieving company goals and objectives

Excellent time management and communication skills

Self-motivated, organised, punctual and reliable

A strong team player
