Project Engineer

Dormway is proud to be a trusted delivery partner of Unitywater on its landmark “Build Better Together” program. Recently awarded a $200 million contract over an initial 5year term with the option to extend for a further five years, we are delivering a significant capital works program across water and sewer infrastructure on the Sunshine Coast.

As our program of work continues to grow, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced civil infrastructure project engineers who may be interested in joining our team.

We want to connect with talented individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure projects and contributing to strong team outcomes.

In your role as Project Engineer, you will support the Dormway project delivery team in the efficient and successful delivery of projects to the required specifications, on time and on budget. You will assist the Project Manager with the day to day management and delivery of all aspects of the project (including health, safety, environmental and quality performance).

Based in our Sunshine Coast office, you would have the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced and collaborative team supporting the planning and delivery of critical water and sewer infrastructure projects for our region.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering

- Experience within civil infrastructure, utilities, water or sewer projects

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes

- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
