HC Truck Driver

Expected Salary: $35 – $38 per hour + Super & Overtime

We are an Adelaide-based company offering a wide range of transport services, including EWP Hire, Local Transport, Interstate & Remote Transport, Container Transportation, and Warehousing. Since 2018, we have been providing transportation and hire equipment for various projects in South Australia, from small DIY jobs to large construction and manufacturing works.

Role Description:

Based out of our Wingfield depot, there are multiple opportunities available for experienced HC (or above) drivers within our local container and general freight/full load division, Tail Gate unloads & EWP deliveries - operating Tail Gate Trucks and Tilt Trays. We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable driver who aligns to our vision and values, a driver that will adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain professional standards of customer service and driving at all times.

Qualifications:

EWP License (desirable)

Boom lift license (desirable)

Forklift license (desirable)

Dangerous goods (desirable)

1+ years of HC Driving experience

Experience in loading & unloading loose and palletised freight

Knowledge of DOT Regulations

Experience with accurate completion of freight and heavy vehicle paperwork

Knowledge & experience with load restraint procedures

Professional and customer-focused attitude

Additional certifications related to truck driving are an advantage

A successful candidate will have:

Must hold MSIC & Flinders ports card or willing to obtain

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in a team

Ability to work long hours and overtime when required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with various types of trucks

Clean driving record

Willing to get medical
