Retail Manager - Fast Food

Doltone Hospitality Group is a leading operator of multiple food outlets across Sydney, managing over 40 retail food stores in high-traffic locations such as the Sydney Opera House and Hay St Market at Paddy’s. We pride ourselves on delivering efficient, high-quality service and an exceptional customer experience across a variety of outlets.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our growing team and help lead the daily operations across our venues.

What We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position, we are looking for:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast food or retail management role

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Solid understanding of food handling and hygiene protocols

A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development

Experience using POS and stock control systems

Strong time management and organisational skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the selection of food and beverage offerings to meet customer demand and maximise profitability

Monitor stock usage and availability and set benchmarks for inventory control and service delivery

Develop and execute promotional activities to attract and retain customers

Engage with customers, provide product recommendations and ensure a high standard of service

Keep accurate records of inventory, sales performance and daily transactions

Manage budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and work towards meeting financial targets

Lead the training and performance management of staff

Ensure all operations comply with workplace safety, food safety and hygiene regulations
