Position: Retail Manager

Location: 1351 Wanneroo Rd, Wanneroo WA 6065

Salary: AUD $79,500 – $82,000 + Super

Minimum requirements:

AQF associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma with minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan, organise, and control the day-to-day operations of the retail/convenience outlet

Demonstrated experience overseeing daily store operations, staff, and stock

Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer demand

Oversee ordering, receiving, and stocktaking of fuel and convenience store products, liaising with suppliers as required

Recruit, train, roster, and supervise sales and floor staff to ensure adequate coverage and performance

Monitor sales performance and financial transactions, maintaining accurate records

Implement pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies to drive sales

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across all transactions

Ensure compliance with WHS, retail, and fuel-handling regulations

Handle customer queries and complaints, escalating where necessary

Strong leadership and staff management ability

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Reliable, hands-on, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

Sound financial and stock control awareness
