Construction Project Manager

GM Electrical Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Yennora, NSW.

This is a permanent, full-time position with an annual salary of $120,000 to $190,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing construction projects from commencement through to completion

• Preparing and monitoring project schedules, budgets and resources

• Coordinating employees, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders

• Monitoring project progress to ensure work is completed on time and within budget

• Managing project documentation, contracts and reports

• Conducting site inspections and attending project meetings

• Identifying and resolving project risks and issues

• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, contractual requirements and WHS standards

• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship
