About the role

The Mental Health HUB (MHHUB), located at Bloomfield Hospital in Orange, is a 24-7 virtual mental health service connecting patients and healthcare teams across NSW with senior psychiatric expertise. Through innovative virtual care, the MHHUB supports timely assessment, clinical decision-making, and high-quality mental health care where it is needed most.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2), you will provide advanced mental health nursing care within a virtual service environment, supporting people experiencing complex mental health presentations. Working alongside psychiatrists, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to clinical decision-making, care coordination, clinical leadership, quality improvement, and the ongoing development of innovative virtual mental health services across NSW.

This position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with remote work available subject to operational requirements and approval. Successful applicants will attend a three-week orientation in Orange, NSW upon commencement, followed by one week of in-person attendance in Orange every three months. Accommodation will be provided for each required attendance period.
