About the Company:

Our client is a leading global healthcare devices company striving to make the world healthier and more sustainable through innovation developed across a broad range of medical technological devices.

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Service Engineer to work closely with the repairs team. Some of your duties will include diagnostics, quoting and repairing of Respiratory Care equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Test, calibrate, repair and replace parts of medical equipment

Perform preventive maintenance and service

Keep records of maintenance and repairs

Spearheaded repair quotations using SAP Business One (SBO) and maintained detailed records of service histories, parts replacements, and assessment outcomes.

Performed preventive maintenance, calibration, and documentation for in-house equipment, loaned devices, and ventilators in an ISO-accredited facility.

Prepared monthly service metrics and technical reports to track repair outcomes and equipment reliability.

Prepared and shipped repaired devices to clients within SLA timelines, coordinating logistics and documentation for seamless delivery.

Diagnose healthcare equipment to quality standards

Using SAP business one (SBO) for invoicing

Follow the process for the Fixed Price Repair

Maintain the calibration of test equipment

Generate end of month reporting & update AU Service Metric

The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering major.

Minimum 1 year experience in medical technologies or similar electrical engineering roles.

Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems

Experience with SAP Business One is preferred but not essential

Good communication skills - fluent in English, verbal and written.
